ANNOUNCEMENT ON ELECTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL MEMBER TO THE SUPERVISORY BOARD BY COLLECTING SHAREHOLDERS' WRITTEN OPINIONS

Công ty Cổ phần Sợi Thể Ký trân trọng thông báo Quý cổ đông về việc bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban Kiểm Soát bằng hình thức lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản như sau:

Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation respectfully inform our valued shareholders about the election of a supplemental member to the Board of Supervisors by collecting Shareholders’ written approval as follows:

1. Thời gian thực hiện: từ 19/11/2025 đến 10/12/2025.
   Time: from 19th November, 2025 to 10th December, 2025.

2. Nội dung lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản:
   The matter to be approved by the shareholders in writing

3. Thông qua Dự thảo Quy chế bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban kiểm soát bằng hình thức lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản
   Approving the draft Rules on electing a supplemental member of the Board of Supervisors by collection of shareholders’ written opinions

4. Bầu bổ sung thành viên Ban kiểm soát nhiệm kỳ 2023-2028.
   Election of a supplemental member to the Board of Supervisors tenure 2023-2028.

6. Tất cả cổ đông có tên trong danh sách cổ đông chốt ngày 11/11/2025.
   All shareholders who are included in the list of shareholders finalized on 11 Nov, 2025.

7. Những cổ đông không thể thực hiện lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản có thể ủy quyền cho người khác tham dự theo mẫu ủy quyền được đính kèm. Bên nhận ủy quyền không được ủy quyền lại cho bên thứ ba.
   The shareholders who cannot make written approval can authorize others to participate by signing the attached Power of Attorney. The authorized party shall not sub-authorize to any other third party.

1. Ngoài ra, toàn bộ tài liệu lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản được công bố chi tiết tại website Công ty: www.theky.vn. (mục “Cổ đông”/ Lưu trữ/ Tài liệu và Nghị quyết ĐHCĐ/ 2025/ Lấy ý kiến cổ đông bằng văn bản) từ ngày 19/11/2025; bao gồm:

In addition, all of the documents related to the collecting of shareholder's written opinions is posted on the Company's website: www.theky.vn. (“For investors” section/ Archives/ AGSM Information/ 2025/ Collection of shareholders’ written opinions) from 19th November, 2025, including as follows:

  Sending letters to Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation Branch, Road No.8, Trang Bang Industrial Park, An Tinh Ward, Tay Ninh Province; or;
• Văn phòng đại diện Công ty cổ phần Sợi Thế Kỷ, tầng 07, số 102-104-106 Bàu Cát, Phường Tân Bình, TP.HCM.
