Computershare Limited (ASX: CPU) today announces that Dr Markus Kerber has provided his resignation as a director of Computershare Limited with effect from 8 June 2018.

Dr Kerber has advised Computershare that due to his recent appointment as State Secretary of the German Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community; regretfully, he can no longer devote the time required to act as a director of the company.

The Company’s Chairman, Mr Simon Jones, congratulated Dr Kerber on his appointment and thanked him for his significant contribution to the Computershare Board.
