Subject:	Notice pursuant to section 630(2) of the Corporations Act 2001

Computershare Communication Services Limited ( Computershare ) states, pursuant to section 630(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) that:

• (a) the period during which the offers under the off-market takeover bid by Computershare to acquire all fully paid ordinary shares in QM Technologies Limited, to which Computershare’s Bidder’s Statement dated 20 February 2008 relates, remain open for acceptance has been extended until 7.00pm (Melbourne time) on Wednesday, 9 April 2008;

• (b) the new date for giving the notice referred to in section 630(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) relating to the status of the conditions set out in clause 8.10 of Computershare’s Bidder’s Statement is Wednesday, 2 April 2008; and

• (c) in relation to each such condition, the offers have not been freed from the condition and, so far as Computershare knows, the condition was not fulfilled on the date this notice is given, other than as follows:

The condition in clause 8.7(b) was fulfilled on 3 March 2008.
