Computershare Communication Services Limited ABN 76 007 153 184 ( Computershare ) gives notice under section 630(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) as follows, in relation to its off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in QM Technologies Limited ( Offers ).
Each of the conditions in paragraphs (a) to (h) inclusive of Section 8.7 of Computershare's bidder's statement dated 20 February 2008 in respect of the Offers dated 22 February 2008 have either been fulfilled or waived, with the effect that the Offers are unconditional.
