QM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (ASX: QMT)

CHANGES IN QM TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE TO REGISTERED OFFICE

On Wednesday 2 April 2008, the takeover offer for QM Technologies Limited (QMT) by Computershare Communication Services Limited (Computershare), a wholly owned subsidiary of Computershare Limited, was declared unconditional.

QMT today received confirmation from Computershare that payment cheques for all shares for which acceptances were received by 28 March 2008, representing more than 90% of the total issued shares of QMT, have been despatched.

Accordingly, the directors of QMT have appointed Computershare nominees to the positions of director and company secretary of QMT and its subsidiary, and accepted the resignation from office of all other directors and the company secretary.

QMT announces that the following changes to its officers will take effect from the close of business today:

• (a) Resignations of the following directors and company secretary:

• (b) Appointment of the following new directors and company secretary:

Mr Mark Davis (Director) Mr Tony Ristevski (Director) Mr Peter Milburn (Director) Mr Dominic Horsley (Company Secretary)

Also, QMT announces that its registered office has changed today from 34 Beesley Street, West End Qld 4101 to:

Yarra Falls 452 Johnston Street Abbotsford Vic 3067

The outgoing Chairman of QMT, Ms Nerolie Withnall, thanked all directors, the company secretary and all executives and employees of QMT who have been involved in implementing the transfer of ownership of the company, recognising their professionalism and dedication throughout the process of the Computershare bid. “We wish this fine company continued prosperity and success under the ownership of Computershare,” she said.
