Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) announces today that Tom Honan has advised that he intends to resign as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer with effect from mid September.
Executive Chairman, Mr. Chris Morris, said that “Tom has been a significant contributor to the success of the Computershare Group since joining us in 2002. Along with the rest of the senior team, he shares the credit for our fifth year of record earnings announced today.”
“On behalf of the Board and the rest of Computershare, I thank Tom for his hard work over the years and to wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”
Computershare has initiated a search to identify the best possible replacement for Mr Honan. The search will look at both internal and external candidates.
