Notification of despatch of Target's Statement

QM Technologies Limited (QMT) announces that the Target's Statement in relation to the off-market takeover offer for all the shares in QMT by Computershare Communication Services Limited (Computershare) has today been despatched in a joint mailing with Computershare's Bidder's Statement to QMT shareholders.

A copy of the Target's Statement sent to QMT shareholders has been released to ASX in a separate announcement. The Target's Statement is dated 22 February 2008.
