Subject: Appointment of Non-executive Director

Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) announces today that it has appointed Mrs Nerolie Withnall to its Board as an additional independent non-executive director.

Mrs Withnall brings a wealth of experience to the Board. A former Corporate partner with Minter Ellison lawyers, she holds a range of directorships: including Hedley Leisure and Gaming Property Partners Limited, Campbell Brothers Limited, PanAust Limited and Alchemia Limited. Mrs Withnall was also Chairman of QM Technologies Limited prior to its takeover by Computershare Communication Services Limited earlier this year. She is Chairman of The Brisbane Institute, Deputy President of the Takeovers Panel and a member of the Corporations and Markets Advisory Committee.

The Company’s Executive Chairman, Mr. Chris Morris, said that Computershare is delighted to have secured Mrs Withnall as a Non-Executive Director, having had the opportunity first hand to see her professionalism during the QMT takeover.
