Computershare Limited (ASX:CPU) announces today the resignation of William (Bill) Ford as a Director of the Company, effective from 28[th] September 2007.
Mr. Ford reluctantly tendered his resignation due to his commitments as Chief Executive Officer of General Atlantic LLC.
The Company’s Executive Chairman, Mr Chris Morris, said that Mr Ford’s contribution to the organisation for almost 5 years during a time of significant growth was immeasurable and he expected the relationship with Mr Ford would be maintained, albeit in a less formal fashion.
