Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby intimate that a Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. at the Registered office of the Company situated at IT 14-15, EPIP, Sitapura, Jaipur-302022 (Rajasthan) inter alia:

(i) To approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended on 31st March 2026 and to take on record Auditor's report thereon.

(ii) To recommend a final dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Further in continuation to our earlier intimation for closure of trading window for trading in the shares of the Company given vide our letter dated, March 25, 2026 and as per the provisions of Compucom Software Limited Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; trading window for trading in securities of the Company is closed for "Designated Persons and their immediate relatives" from 1st April, 2026 till Forty-Eight (48) hours after declaration of Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026.
