Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India. Regional Office, Nidhi Bhawan, Vidhyut Marg, Jyoti Nagar, Jaipur302005 for determination of amount due from the Company under section 7A of the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 for the period 08/2008 to 10/2012.

Further, I the undersigned, state and declare that the information and details provided in Form A annexed herewith as Annexure A, in compliance with Regulation 30 (13) of SEBI Listing Regulations, is true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.

The disclosures as required in Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30.01.2026. as amended, is annexed herewith as an Annexure B.
