The ManagementBoard of Comperia.pl S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the"Company") informs about the receipt by the Company on October 14, 2022,a notification from Mr Maciej Wandzel acting on his own behalf and onbehalf of his subsidiary company under the business name Aulos 1 Spółkaz o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Aulos") concerning thechange in the number of the Company's shares held independently by theAulos that has taken place on October 12 ,2022; this change occurred dueto the settlement(on that date) of the transaction of disposal ofthe Company's shares by Aulos 1 as part of the Company's share buyback(the completion of which was announced by the Company in current reportNo. 20/2022), as a result of which Aulos 1's shareholding in the Companyfell below 5% of the total number of votes at the Company's GeneralMeeting.
