Content of the report:The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A. withits registered office in Warsaw (the "Company", the "Issuer") herebyannounces that on 3 June 2026 the Company received notificationsreferred to in Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, concerningtransactions in the Issuer's shares carried out by Mr Adam Jabłoński, amember of the Company's Supervisory Board, and by F413 Fundacja Rodzinnawith its registered office in Warsaw, as an entity closely associatedwith a person discharging managerial responsibilities.

The notifications concern the transfer, on 29 May 2026, by Mr AdamJabłoński of 225,385 ordinary bearer shares in the Company by way ofdonation to F413 Fundacja Rodzinna with its registered office in Warsaw.
