The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (the _quot;Company_quot;; the _quot;Issuer_quot;), acting on the basis of art. 70.1.of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governingthe Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and onPublic Companies (the _quot;Act on Public Offering_quot;), hereby announces

a notification of change in the shareholding of the Issuer's own shares(treasury shares), prepared on the basis of art. 69.1.1. in connectionwith art. 87.5.3. of the Act on Public Offering.
