The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), on the basis of § 5(5) and § 10 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizingas equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) and with reference to the Company'scurrent report No. 14/2020 dated 27 July 2020, concerning, inter alia,the appointment of Mr. Szymon Fiecek to the Management Board of theCompany as a Member of the Management Board, informs that on April 28th2022 The Supervisory Board of the Company entrusted Mr. Szymon Fiecekwith the function of the Chairman of the Management Board of theCompany; he will perform this function during the three-year term ofoffice of the Management Board commencing on 10 August 2020.
