The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the "Company"), pursuant to § 5(4) and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs that on April 28th 2022, the Company received a letter containing the statement of Mr. Wojciech Małek, previously serving as Member of the Company's Management Board, about his resignation from the Company's Management Board as of April 28th 2022; no reasons of resignation were mentioned.
