The Management Board of Comperia.pl S.A., based in Warsaw (the_quot;Company_quot;), on the basis of § 5(5) and § 10 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic informationprovided by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizingas equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state(Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), informs that on April 28th 2022 theCompany's Management Board adopted a resolution on granting a power ofproxy to Mr. Cezary Tokarski, comprising the power to perform acts onbehalf of the Company jointly with a member of the Management Board ofthe Company.

As declared by himself, apart from the Company, Mr. Cezary Tokarski doesnot conduct any business on the outside that competes with the businessof the Company and is not a partner in any partnership nor member of agoverning body of any company competing against the Company, nor memberof a governing body of any other legal person competing against theCompany. Mr. Cezary Tokarski is not listed in the National Register ofDebtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on theNational Register of Debtors (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1909 asamended), nor in the register of insolvent debtors established pursuantto the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
