In observance of the law that requires the entities issuing securities to report events to the institutions of the capital market, COMELF SA Bistrita informs all interested parties that due to the absence of the shareholders the quorum conditions defined in Article 17 of the Company's Articles of Association have not been met, therefore the Ordinary General Meeting of COMELF SA Shareholders could not take place on April 20th, 2017 at 10³⁰ , as it was summoned, hence it will be rescheduled to take place tomorrow April 21st , 2017 at the same time, under the conditions described in the Convener.
