Cogstate Limited (ASX:CGS): Request for Voluntary Suspension

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Cogstate Limited (ASX:CGS) (the Company ) requests that the securities of the Company be placed in an immediate voluntary suspension.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information:

1. the Company requests the voluntary suspension for the purposes of responding to a letter from ASX dated 21 February 2023 in regard to a price query;

2. the Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the time the response to the price query is released to the market;

3. the Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

4. the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
