Joint Company Secretary Changes
Cogstate Limited (ASX: CGS) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, a change to its company secretarial arrangements effective today, 22 May 2026.
Ms Kristi Geddes has resigned as Joint Company Secretary to pursue other opportunities. The Board wishes to thank Ms Geddes for her contribution and service to the Company.
Concurrently, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Mr Darren Watson, as Joint Company Secretary, effective 22 May 2026.
Mr Watson has extensive financial leadership, deep knowledge of the Company's operations, and executive management experience making him well suited to the position. The Company's corporate governance and compliance functions will remain highly stable as Mr David Franks, appointed on 26 February 2021, will continue in his current role as Joint Company Secretary.
Following these changes, Mr Watson and Mr Franks will be jointly responsible for the company secretarial function. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, both Mr Watson and Mr Franks will be the persons responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters.
