Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

Cogstate (ASX.CGS) is pleased to announce that Ms Kristi Geddes has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 27 April 2023. Ms Geddes will be a Joint Company Secretary with Mr David Franks, who was appointed as Company Secretary of Cogstate in February 2021.

Ms Geddes is currently General Counsel at Cogstate. She has 20 years’ legal experience in private practice and inhouse roles, and has undergraduate and post graduate qualifications across law, health and psychological science.
