QUARTERLY FINANCIAL INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

COFINA, SGPS, S.A. hereby informs, under the terms and for the purposes of Article 246-A, numbers 2 and 3, of the Portuguese Securities Code, and once surpassed the two-year period provided for in the above-mentioned article 246-A, number 2, that its Board of Directors has decided to cease the quarterly interim financial information disclosure, with effects from January 1, 2020.

Furthermore, the half-year and the annual financial information, pursuant to articles 245 and 246 of the Portuguese Securities Code, will continue to be disclosed.
