Cofina, SGPS, S.A. ("COFINA") informs that, following the announcement made on August 11, 2023, regarding the exercise of the call option by Palavras de Prestígio, Lda. ("PALAVRAS DE PRESTÍGIO"), of the 333,000 (three hundred and thirty-three thousand) registered shares with a nominal value of € 3.50 (three euros and fifty cents), which COFINA held in the share capital of VASP - Distribuição de Publicações, S.A. ("VASP"), now informs that following the issuance of the decision of no opposition by the Competition Authority, adopted on July 24, 2024, the transaction has been completed, i.e., the effective sale of 333,000 (three hundred and thirty-three thousand) nominal shares, with a nominal value of € 3.50 (three euros and fifty cents), that COFINA was a holder in the share capital of VASP, for the consideration, fully paid on this date, of EUR 4,500,000.00 (four million five hundred thousand euros).
