ANNOUNCEMENT

Following a request of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission and further to our announcement on 30 June 2023, Cofina - SGPS, S.A. ("Cofina") hereby announces that it has received clarifications regarding the binding offer for the acquisition of all the shares representing the share capital of Cofina Media, S.A..

The potential purchaser, in accordance with the clarifications provided on 3 July 2023, is a company called Expressão Livre, SGPS, S.A., which will be owned, directly or indirectly, by the following investors: (i) Luis Santana; (ii) Ana Dias; (iii) Octávio Ribeiro; (iv) Isabel Rodrigues; (v) Carlos Rodrigues; (vi) Luís Ferreira; (vii) Carlos Cruz; (viii) Cristiano Ronaldo; (ix) Domingos Vieira de Matos; (x) Paulo Fernandes; and (xi) João Borges de Oliveira. Taking into account that some of the investors are simultaneously members of the board of directors of Cofina, Cofina will ensure strict compliance with all legal provisions applicable to transactions with related parties.

Cofina will inform the market of subsequent and relevant developments in this process in due course.
