Announcement of revocation of the general and voluntary public tender offer for shares representing the share capital of Grupo Média Capital, SGPS, S.A.

Cofina - SGPS, S.A. (the "Offeror") hereby announces, under the terms and for the purposes of numbers 4 and 5 of article 185-B and article 128 of the Portuguese Securities Code, the revocation, with immediate effects, of the general and voluntary public tender offer for shares representing the share capital of Grupo Média Capital, SGPS, S.A., preliminary announced on September 21, 2019 and later modified on December 24, 2019 and on August 12, 2020 (the "Offer").

The revocation of the Offer is based on the launch, by Pluris Investments, S.A., of a competing takeover bid of the shares representing the share capital of Grupo Média Capital, SGPS, S.A., preliminary announced on November 25, 2020.

Following the decision to revoke the Offer, which was authorised today by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (Comissão do Mercado de Valores Mobiliários), the Offer shall be considered ineffective, under the terms and for the purposes of article 132 of the Portuguese Securities Code.
