Cleansing Notice – Section 708A (5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001
Codefai Limited (ASX:CDE) gives this notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act in relation to the issue of 26,000,000 shares (ASX: CDE) as set out in the Appendix 2A dated 21 April 2026.
The Company issued 26,000,000 shares (ASX: CDE) to two directors as approved by shareholders in a general meeting on 7 April 2026, without disclosure, under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.
The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with:
(a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
(b) section 674 and section 674A of the Corporations Act 2021 (Cth).
As at the date of this notice, there is no information to be disclosed that is “excluded information” within the meaning of section 708A(7) and 708A (8) of the Corporations Act.
