Executive Director Remuneration – Listing Rule 3.16.4
Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) - ("Codeifai" or the "Company") provides the following additional information in relation to the announcement made on 9 April 2026 in relation to the appointment of Mr Martin Ross as an Executive Director of the Company.
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.4 the Company advises Mr Ross; remuneration structure as follows:
Salary: $190,000 per annum
Superannuation: Statutory
Termination notice: 3 months
