ASX ANNOUNCEMENT ASX: YPB | 25 February 2019 Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow YPB Group Limited advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow on 12 March 2019.

1. 1,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares 2. 2,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares 1. Securities held by a former employee pursuant to an Agreement to payout the balance of the employee’s employment contract by the issuance of shares on 13 September 2017. Subsequent to this release 1,000,000 Shares remain escrowed until 12 June 2019. 2. Securities that were issued in relation to the conversion of performance rights – refer Appendix 3B released 11 January 2019.
