Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

YPB Group Limited advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, the following securities will be released from voluntary escrow on 12 June 2019.

1,000,000 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares

The shares are held by a former employee pursuant to an agreement on 13 September 2017 to payout the balance of the employee’s employment contract by the issuance of shares. There are no further escrowed securities in relation to this matter.
