Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Codeifai Limited (‘CDE’) will be halted at the request of CDE, pending the release of an announcement by CDE.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 30 July 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

CDE’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

ASX Code: CDE – Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Codeifai Limited (ASX:CDE) ( Company) request that an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 the Company advises that:

• a) a trading halt is requested in relation to a potential capital raise;

• b) it anticipates that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 30[th] July 2025 or the release of an announcement.

• c) it is expected that the trading halt will end once an announcement is released; and

• d) the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
