Appointment of Company Secretary

Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) is pleased to advise that Mr Guy Robertson has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Robertson replaces Joint Company Secretaries Lucy Rowe and Kamille Dietrich.

At the same time the Company will change its Registered Address to Suite 506, 50 Clarence Street Sydney NSW 2000

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Mr Robertson will be the person responsible for communication with ASX.
