Description

The securities of YPB Group Ltd (‘YPB’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of YPB, pending its response to an ASX Price and Volume Query. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 July 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

YPB Group Limited (ASX:YPB) (“YPB” or the “Company”) hereby requests that its securities be placed into a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

The reason for the trading halt is to respond to an ASX price and volume query letter (“Price Query”). It is expected that the trading halt will last until the Company responds to the Price Query or Thursday, 23 July 2020, whichever is earlier.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
