Clarification – June 2020 Quarterly Activities Report

YPB Group Limited (“YPB” or the “Company”) refers to the Quarterly Activities Report and Appendix 4C released on 31 July 2020 (“Quarterly Report”). YPB wishes to advise that the following addition is made to the Quarterly Report commentary:

During the quarter, the Company made payments of $25,000 to related parties and their associates. These payments relate to an existing remuneration agreement for the CEO/Chairman of the Company.
