TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests an immediate trading halt in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement of a material event.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday 26 April 2018 or such earlier time as the Company is able to make an announcement regarding the transaction.
