PRE-REINSTATEMENT DISCLOSURE

The suspension of trading in the securities of YPB Group Ltd (formerly AUV Enterprises Limited) (the “Company”) is expected to be lifted at the commencement of trading on Thursday 7 August 2014, following the Company’s compliance with Listing Rule 11.1.3 and Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
