YPB wins Excellent Application Award at China Summit

The Directors of YPB are pleased to announce that at the recent 9th Security Document Summit (SDS) YPB

received the 2014 Award for “Excellent Application” as part of the ‘Blue Shield Awards program’ announced in Beijing this past week.

The SDS event is an annual event organised by China Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Association (CATA) which belongs to China’s Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

The “Excellent Application“ Award recognises:

• Enterprise Independent innovation with positive social effect in China over the past year

• Enterprise technology and product with leading advantage, status and market share

• Enterprise technology and products that are well received and popular within the anti-counterfeit market

This prestigious event attracted around 180 International and domestic anti-counterfeiting and security companies, together with associated enterprises including government and commercial organisations and was attended by around 500 attendees. SDS is well known as China's largest and most authoritative professional technical information organisation and the largest resource aggregation platform that has previously launched such successful programmes as China's new electronic passports, Chinese motor vehicle driver's license, China’s social security card, a variety of tax bills, and China's bank cards.

The SDS committee closely tracks developing technologies and through investigation and research a panel led by the organisation’s Director determined this year’s winners in three categories.
