Update – Preparation of Financial Statements

The Directors of AUV Enterprises Limited ( AUV ) are currently finalising the following outstanding accounts:

• Full Year ending 30 June 2013.

Colin Bloomfield & Co has commenced the audit of the abovementioned accounts and is currently working with the directors in order to have them lodged with the ASX within the week.

Upon completion of the accounts (as outlined above) the company will undertake the preparation and audit of the accounts for all periods that are outstanding prior to the current accounts. These audited accounts are timetabled to be finalised by the date of the Annual General Meeting.

This timetable will also allow the directors to hold the 2013 Annual General Meeting on or before 30 November 2013.
