The Directors are pleased to advise the effectuation of the Deed of Company Arrangement (“DOCA”) that in various forms has been in place since 23 January 2006.

Accordingly, the control of the company has reverted to the new Board of Directors.

The Board is now actively assessing opportunities to return value to the company’s shares.
