In accordance with Section 445F of the Corporations Act 2001, a meeting of the company's creditors was duly convened and held on Monday, 5 December 2011. I advise that at this meeting, creditors of the company resolved to vary the Deed of Company Arrangement and create a creditors trust to enable the company to wholly effectuate its Deed of Company Arrangement.

A shareholders meeting will be convened shortly at which the relevant resolutions will be put forward for shareholder approval.
