REVIEW OF OPERATIONS
The Queensland Government's Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") served a notice suspending the environmental authority on the "Nardoo" property as an additional financial assurance had not been lodged with the EPA. The suspension was effective from 5 April 2006.
In these circumstances, and given the Company's status of administration, the Directors have determined it opportune to undertake a comprehensive review and assessment of the Company's operations with the view to formulating an effective business strategy and plan for the future direction of the Company.
The Company will be lodging with the EPA the additional financial assurance once it completes it review of operations.
