Further to its announcement dated 7 October 2022 in relation to the late lodgment of Directors’ Interest Notices, YPB Group Limited (ASX: YPB ) ( YPB or the Company ) provides an amendment to the Appendix 3Y of Mr Gerard Eakin and Mr George Su in relation to their shareholdings post the Company’s share consolidation on 30 May 2022, as attached to this announcement.
