ANNUAL LISTING FEES
SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The following entities have failed to pay to Australian Stock Exchange Limited their annual listing fees in respect of the year ended 30 June 2007, and consequently will be suspended from official quotation immediately.

Under listing rule 17.6, any entity (if not already suspended) that had not paid its annual listing fee by close of business on Tuesday 22 August 2006 would be suspended from official quotation before the commencement of trading on Wednesday 23 August 2006.
The following entities have not paid their annual listing fees in respect of the year ended 30 June 2007 but are already suspended from official quotation.

Under listing rule 17.15, any entity that has not paid its annual listing fee as required by listing rule 16.5 by 5.00 pm EST on Tuesday 29 August 2006 will be removed from the official list at the close of trading on Tuesday 29 August 2006.
