July 25[th] 2025 – Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) , a fast-growing disruptor in the quantum security, AI and QR code space, is pleased to report that it is progressing the due diligence on its proposed acquisition of AI-backed quantum secure platform, AntennaTransfer.io, and expects to complete its due diligence shortly.
Codeifai is also delighted to announce that Antenna Transfer Inc, currently operating under the domain antennatransfer.io, which is proposed to be acquired from Credissential Inc (and to be rebranded to QuantumAI Secure ), has recently entered into two binding exclusive licence and platform agreements.
The agreements are with Effective Acceleration Ventures Limited ( EAV ), and Geometric Energy Corporation ( GEC ) or the deployment and use of the Antenna Platform (the “ Platform ”) by EAV and GEC.
EAV is a NATO registered defence procurement agency, specialising in procurement of military equipment, logistics, and talent acquisition for government and allied agencies. Headquartered in Canada, EAV has successfully executed approximately A$4 million in Canadian Government defense contracts* over the past six months.

Under the terms of the agreement with EAV, EAV has been granted exclusive rights to use, market, and reference the Platform within the defense-sector procurement, personnel sourcing, and payment-processing space globally (the “ Field of Use ”), subject to a minimum aggregate spend of CAD $1,000,000 by EAV during the initial 12-month term of the agreement to maintain exclusivity. The exclusivity covers all implementations of the Platform across EAV’s defense-related billing and secure communication infrastructure.
GEC is an advanced technology research & development firm specialising in Energy, Space & Defense, and Computing.
GEC has partnered with SpaceX to launch a cube satellite for space-based advertising. GEC has named this launch “Doge-1”, which will be launched on a Falcon 9 SpaceX rocket.
Under the terms of the agreement between Antenna Transfer Inc. and GEC, GEC has been granted exclusive rights to use, market, and reference the Platform within the aerospace and satellite launch sectors globally (the “ Field of Use ”), subject to a minimum aggregate spend of USD $1,500,000 by GEC during the initial 24-month term of the agreement to maintain exclusivity. The exclusivity covers all implementations of the Platform across GEC’s aerospace operations.
In providing this acquisition update CDE also notes that the original proposed timetable has moved out by approximately 2 weeks on the below indicative timetable:
