UPDATE ON ANTENNA TRANSFER ACQUISITION & TIMING
ANTENNA TRANSFER (QUANTUM.AI SECURE) TO DEVELOP SECUREVAULT AUTODESTRUCT AND APPLE WALLET ENABLED QR CODE
Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) a dynamically growing disruptor in the AI, quantum-security, and QR code space, is pleased to announce that Credissential Inc (WHIP.CSX) has on 15 August 2025 announced to market two exciting features being developed for the Antenna Platform (to be renamed QuantumAI Secure ) being acquired by Codeifai from Credissential Inc:
1. SecureVault Auto-Destruct; and
2. Apple Wallet enabled QR code
Antenna Transfer is developing these capabilities to enable users to configure transferred files to automatically delete from Antenna servers after successful download, providing an additional layer of data protection for sensitive communications; and enable users to use the Antenna Platform for cashless transactions through existing Apple Wallet infrastructure.
The Company believes that the development of the SecureVault Auto-Destruct feature will represent an advancement in secure file transfer technology, addressing growing enterprise and government demands for enhanced data lifecycle management and compliance capabilities. The Company also believes that it will help the Antenna platform become less vulnerable to data leaks by no longer housing sensitive files that have been successfully transferred.

In addition to SecureVault Auto-Destruct, Credissential has also announced development of a follow-on feature to enable payments via scan-to-pay QR code that can be added to Apple Wallet. This integration, currently in the research phase, is designed to streamline transactions, enhance user convenience, and expand the functionality of the Antenna Transfer (QuantumAI Secure) platform.

The Company anticipates that these new developments will integrate with Antenna’s existing post-quantum cryptographic security protocols, offering users selectable autodeletion timeframes, confirmation protocols, and payment options to ensure data is permanently removed from all system components following successful transfer completion while enabling fast, secure payment processing.
Development of Auto-Destruct and scan-to pay QR code are currently in the development phase, with full implementation expected to be completed following the acquisition of Antenna by Codeifai Limited, as announced on July 1, 2025.
The integration of Antenna Transfer with Codeifai brings together two complementary platforms to create enhanced transactional security, reduce operational risk to potentially millions of businesses and individuals, and promotes a seamless end user experience. By acquiring Antenna Transfer, Codeifai will have an extremely unique and innovative product offering, paving the way for next-generation financial infrastructure.
Antennae Transfer Update and revised timeline
Codeifai is currently completing its due diligence on the proposed acquisition of Antenna Transfer, and the parties are working collaboratively towards finalising the transaction. Since announcing the transaction, Codeifai has undertaken a comprehensive assessment of the proposed acquisition, and not identified any ‘red flags’ to date, and intends to seek shareholder approval at the next General Meeting of shareholders (to be held first week of October) to enable completion of the proposed acquisition. The Company is finalising preparation of the Notice of Meeting and will lodge it shortly.

There is no specific update on the Trust Codes proposed acquisition however due diligence is continuing with focus now on planning the potential integration of our mutual platforms.
