Codeifai Limited Raises $100,000 through Placement
Brand Solution technology group Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE) is pleased to announce that it has received funds for a $100,000 placement from s708 investors through a mandate with Oakley Capital Pty Ltd.
The Placement comprises the issue of 107,903,675 fully paid ordinary shares ( New Shares ) at an issue price of A$0.00092675 per New Share to professional and sophisticated investors LTC Long Short Fund Pty Ltd and Phillip Street Holdings Pty Ltd.
The issue price represents a 23.5% discount to the 15-day Volume Weighted Average price of ( VWAP ) of $0.00121144 and New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares on issue.
The New Shares will be issued using the Company’s existing placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1A.
Settlement of the New Shares is expected to take place on Monday, 9 December 2024. Quotation and Trading of the New Shares is expected to take place on Tuesday, 10 December 2024.
The funds from the Placement will be used for general working capital and for trade creditors.
Oakley Capital acted as Lead Manager for the Placement and will receive a 6% fee.
Update to Placement on 25 November 2024
The Company further advises that there was an administrative error in the announcement titled “Codeifai Limited Raises $121,600 through Placement” announced on 25 November 2024.

The Company confirms that the shares were issued at an issue price of $0.001004 which represented a 25% discount to the 15 day volume weighted aaverage price ( VWAP ) of of $0.001340
