Update to Proposed Issue of Securities
Authentication and consumer engagement solutions creator YPB Group Limited (ASX: YPB ) advises that further to the update on the capital raise announced to the market on 21st March 2023, the Board has agreed that Mr John Houston may now subscribe for one free attaching option for every one share subscribed for under the Placement on exactly the same terms as the other participants in that Placement.
Subject to shareholder approval therefore, all investors in the $2m raise will receive one free attaching option for every one share subscribed for under the Placement.
This announcement has been authorised by the Board of YPB Group Limited.
