The 800,000 Performance Rights initially issued to each non-Executive Director were approved at the AGM held on 31 May 2022. The remaining 10,000,000 initial Performance Rights were approved by shareholders at the AGM held on 31 May 2023. The securities the subject of this Appendix 2A are subject to voluntary escrow. The securities will be released from escrow upon the earlier of the date that is 12 months from today's date and the date a cleansing prospectus is issued by YPB.
