TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests an immediate trading halt in respect of its securities.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement concerning a capital raising and the resultant change to the Company’s capital structure, together with an announcement concerning a potential strategic relationship..

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday,10[th] January 2018 or such time as the Company is able to make an announcement to the market.
