Voluntary suspension update

YPB Group Limited ( Company ) refers to the request for voluntary suspension granted by the ASX on Wednesday, 10 January 2018.

The voluntary suspension was granted pending an announcement by the Company of the completion of a placement of shares in the Company to institutional and/or sophisticated investors and a potential strategic relationship.

YPB anticipates being in a position to make an announcement on or before 17 January 2018 which is expected to end the period of suspension.
