YPB signs 3-year contract with global FMCG tube manufacturer

• YPB has signed a 3-year contract with Kim Pai Impact for YPB’s full PROTECT DETECT CONNECT product suite.

• Kim Pai Lamitube of Thailand is the largest laminate tube company in ASEAN.

• Kim Pai Lamitube is a partner of Australian FMCG tube manufacturer Impact International and their Joint Venture is referred to as Kim Pai Impact by YPB.

• Kim Pai Impact produces around 2 billion tubes per annum.

Brand Protection and Customer Engagement solutions company YPB Group Ltd (ASX: YPB) is pleased to announce the signing of a three-year supply contract with Kim Pai Impact. Kim Pai Impact is a Joint Venture between Kim Pai Lamitube of Bangkok, Thailand, and Impact International of Sydney, Australia.

Kim Pai Impact is a global packaging manufacturer which operates in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Kim Pai Impact is renowned as a provider and innovator of tubes for industry, particularly the FMCG sector. Kim Pai Impact’s customers include nearly all major global FMCG brands. It produces around 2 billion tubes per annum.

Kim Pai Impact will utilize YPB PROTECT (Forensic Covert Tracer) and YPB CONNECT (Direct Customer Engagement software) to offer brand owners both real protection against counterfeit and direct engagement with end customers via the interaction of smart packaging and smartphones.

Kim Pai Impact’s salesforce will be trained to sell YPB’s solutions, opening up new, substantial markets in Asia, USA and Europe for YPB through this partnership.
